A new wet season dining menu

Wet season menu at WSC

The Whitsunday Sailing Club is introducing a new wet season dining menu for the months of December, January and February. The current menu will be 'wiped-out' and replace with limited and easy options for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights.  All meals will be under $20.

WSC Manager, Angela Rae says, "we have been working on creating a short and easy menu for the wet season as people's tastes and habits change.  No one wants to sit around for hours dining in the humid weather but if you don't want to cook you can pop down to the Club for a quick and easy option."

The menu will include red and white meat burgers and other salads, seafood and pasta options. There will also be meal choices for the kids. The new menu will come in to place from Monday 3 December and will be available for the whole season on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights. The regular bistro menu will apply on the weekends with the roast buffet still a favourite on Wednesday nights.

The popular lunch time menu will remain with a great choice of salads and seafood.  Chef Justin Clark says, "people are enjoying the duck salad and also the raw tuna salad at the moment. We have tried to create choices which suit the climate and I think everyone is going to enjoy the change."

Just pop down to the balcony bistro at the Whitsunday Sailing Club for a cool breeze and an easy dining option over the summer months.
