Similarly, salesperson to customer sales techniques that may once have worked wonders in our fast-paced world now may lead to disastrous results, especially among sophisticated, street-wise consumers who have "heard it all" and "seen it all.”

Presented by Debra Templar, Debra is an expert trainer and speaker, who has lived and worked in Australia, New Zealand and the USA, focusing on building businesses for her and others. She is past National Business Development Manager for the Australian Retailers Association’s training division and since 2000 owner/director of Australian Retail Services, a Melbourne company that works predominantly within the retail/service/hospitality industries on such issues as sales and service skills.
