The special general meeting is being called to vote on an amendment to Whitsunday Catchment Landcare's Rules of Association to comply with requirements of the Register of Environmental Organisations (Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts) for our Public Fund.
Existing Clause:
50 (14) The fund is subject to the provisions of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 and the resolutions of the management committee of the Association
Proposed Change: Replace existing clause with –
