Whitsunday What's On: Airlie Update

Hi Everyone

Well we are already two weeks into the New Year and it is very busy. There was no quite time over the New Year period this year. Buyer enquiry started strong on the 31^st Dec and has been very steady every day. Great news for our area. We don't have an update yet for the main street, but they are back in action and the top part by the roundabout is just about finished. Word has it that Woolworths is now expected to start next month (depending on the rain) and with the $200million dollar Reno job starting shortly on Lindeman Island, and the price and demand for iron ore up again, things are looking positive all round.
